Terms of Service

Payment:

● I take payments through Paypal invoice. Do not send me money separate from the invoice.
● The full payment is due before I begin working on your commission.
● Full refunds are only available if I haven't started working on your commission or if I judge myself unable to finish your commission. Partial refunds can be given only if the commission is under 50% done, beyond that point no refunds can be given.

Rights:

● These prices are for personal use commissions only. If you want to commission an image for commercial reasons (doing anything with it that creates a profit outside the scope of the original commission), we'll need to discuss a commercial fee first.
● Unless specified, all the art will be uploaded to my socials, and may be used in my portfolio or in advertisements for my commissions.
● I have the right to refuse a commission for any given reason.
● If the commission includes more than one figure, the base price will rise to 50% of the total price of the piece per figure.
● Highly detailed characters/backgrounds may raise the base price.
● I'll offer up to 2 revisions during the sketch, lineart, and coloring phase. After the sketch is approved, the revisions offered can only be minor changes such as adjusting colors or a change in expression. Further revisions that are more drastic in nature will have a fee.
● After you approve one of the drawing phases, I'll start working on the next one. You cannot demand for changes on a stage you've already approved.
